Somedays you Gots the Bad Curve Days
You know someday's there is just the feeling of complete poo. Life has sucked the sexy out of your beautiful curves and all that is left is this blob. Yes I said it, blob. We've all had those days. Girls who are trying to be feminist and curvy proudly flaunt there endless bounty of curves and act like they have never had a crap day. Well I'm here to call bullshit if you ever felt like you were ever not up to the task of fighting societies view of "the right kind" of beautiful, there are just someday's when curves gotta give.
Your hair may not look right. Your booties popin' out of those leggings and skirt combo. Your boyfriend just happens to forget to tell your that your hot that day. I get it. Instead of a bad hair day....its a bad curve day. And all the twiggys are out in crop tops.
Now don't get me wrong I have no prejudice against skinny girls whatsoever. Whether your genes are awesome, your a work out queen, or you've just been blessed with a high metabolism....being skinny is just like being black to me. Its just another color under the sun, that has to do with size.
Unfortunately my boyfriend has been working his butt off doing 13 hour shifts, and I've been doing online courses full time....so that doesn't leave a whole lot of room for other than sit on the couch with your laptop, books and text time.
An comon I'm not a total loser, I'll youtube pilates and do the 6 minute intense ab workout....and then die bending over to feed the dogs. But as far as workin it out, has not been so much. Which is what needs to happen in order to burn baby burn. 20 minute pilates work outs works pretty well, and then whether or not I feel like a blob...I feel like a sweaty beast who just killed like 2000 calories.
I've tried counting calories and it sucks. I've downloaded the app on my phone (god knows how many apps are actually out there) and made a food diary. An man I just felt like a fatty after doing that, good god. But I also realized that it was normal how much I ate, and the fact of the matter was I needed to actually exercise. Damn.
So I've decided I'm going to really make a go of it. Fuck this feelin like a blob feeling, even if I'm having a bad curve day at least I will have worked out like a beast and KNOW for a fact that am not just a blob. I'm a goddamn curvy woman whos got it goin on. :D
For all your girls (...and possibly guys) if your having a bad curve day I feel yous. All of your feel bads can come right over here an find a place to sit down an talk it out because I know exactly how you feel. And oh yeah just remember....your motherfuckin hot! You and all your "bountiful curves", lol.
